Galvanized component stall systems are a low-maintenance affordable stall system for many barn owners.  We use primarily 2x8 southern yellow pine tongue & groove boards on all stall walls (note the treated bottom board).  The dropped purlins in the roof framing prevents all but your most stubborn swallow from nesting in rafters.
